Hi!

I was just diagnosed with a bunch of food allergies I hadn't ever had before. I'm wondering if they can ever go away? There are so many, I'm feeling quite sad and overwhelmed.

My allergies came on as an adult about 25 years old at the time and have not gone away but have proliferated.  My allergies are rare, they are mostly to seeds like caraway, cumin, pine nuts which are seeds, not nuts, safflower seed, cayenne pepper and the list keeps getting longer.

I thought I was the only one allergic to cumin!

DD has a friend who is also cumin-allergic.
