Its OK to have dreams:one day my kids will be legal adults & have the skills to pick up a bath towel.

Correct me if I'm wrong but when the articles says needles and syringe it is referring to actual EpiPen autoinjectors and not what in American English would be syringe, needles and drugs as separate elements.

epi pen has needles.  club is just unaware what an auto injector is and as it has a needle and drug stopped this girl from coming in.
