Out of the Colorado Office.  School made accommodations via modifications to the IEP (child has autism as well) without evaluating first.  Very different LOF.  My school never evaluated either, but OCR didn't care.  Sigh.

It is wrong that so much hangs on the particular OCR.  So wrong.

Federal oversight should mean there are STANDARDS that every OCR regional office adheres to.
