Nut-free Bakery and Cafe in MA
« on: November 09, 2015, 09:19:05 AM »
Cakes by Erin in Haverhill, MA

http://www.cakesbyerin.com/

We these flavors of cupcakes: somoa, triple chocolate, hostess, boston creme, salted caramel and apple cider donut.  All were very tasty.  We also brought home 3 giant cookies: chocolate chip, white chocolate chip in a chocolate cookie, oatmeal chocolate chip...they were out of the kitchen sink cookie.

They have a sister cafe that is also nut-free.  We have not tried it yet.

35 minutes or so

We tried to go to Twist last time we went to Ikea but they were closed...I think it was a holiday.

DS will be going to law school in Newton. They look really good - it will be nice to have a safe place to tell him about.

PC, it is my practice to make sure I have spies near my kids' schools.

Did you find Blacker's Bakery in Newton? http://www.blackersbakeshop.com/

We visited the shop a few years ago and absolutely loved it.
