Student Research on Patients and Caregivers

My name is Brian, I am a senior in college and have a life threatening food allergy.  I am allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, and have severe anaphylactic reactions. I am currently working on a project for one of my classes on the drawbacks that come from having food allergies including changes in lifestyle and anxiety.  I am looking to get as many responses as possible on a survey I have created, so if you could all pass it along I would really appreciate it.

Having food allergies isn't fun, but if we work together we can more easily negotiate them.  Thank you all, and please feel free to email me with any questions.
