STONEYFIELD ORGANIC DAIRY

Am seeing some posts and info elsewhere about their half-and-half (possible shared lines with egg, soy, fish)

and

Heavy Whipping Cream
(possible shared lines with tree nuts)

Anybody here ever call on these or have other intel to share?

The intel I have is very out of date but at one point Stonyfield Farms milks were produced in several different plants.  One was nut free but had egg and soy at least.  That could be the plant with fish as well (from the Omega 3 milks probably).  Then another milk was produced at a plant with almond milk.

To gather newer intel, you may have luck using the interstate milk shippers list to determine who actually makes the milk and whether or not you could get a good answer of said manufacturer.  I've had mixed luck myself going that route.  Some manufacturers are friendly; others are not happy to take my call.  I usually explain right off the bat that I am a consumer with an allergy question so they don't wonder why on earth someone is asking them questions about their plant.

I did get answer, but cannot get email login to work tonight to copy/paste their response.

BOTTOM LINE:  The cream *is* shared lines with tree nut product (they do not say what).  Wanted folks to know before they made some fab dessert over this weekend or soon & needed cream that is not on shared lines.

The cream is NOT labeled for shared lines or facility.

I took them to task on that as well.
