Throat burns after eating?

Last night I was sitting in my room and I was eating ramen noodles not really thinking anything of it. But later on my throats began to burn and I didn't really put two and two together. I woke up this morning and it still burns. Does anybody know what may have happened?

Have you been diagnosed with any food allergies before? 

One thing I can think of is reflux (really bad heartburn).
