Lucerne Foods is recalling “Oregon Bread’s Western Hazelnut Bread (white bread only)” due to undeclared cashews, almonds, and Brazil nuts.
The product was sold in Safeway stores in California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming, and in WinCo stores in California, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, and Washington.
The product is marked with UPC product code 3945500371 on the bottom of the bag and with a “Best Before” date of Sept. 6, 2010 through Oct. 11, 2010 on the plastic closure at the end of the bag.
Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a refund or contact the company at (877) 232-4271 with questions
