Ciel, and empty stomach definitely can make reflux worse. The trick is smaller, more frequent meals.

Just saw this too! I eat smaller meals all day. I also take 40mg. of omprazole everyday, and zantac as needed. It helps.

Allergic to: Peanuts, Tree nuts, Mango, Robitussin, Acetaminophen

Yes, I eat small amounts throughout the day, and if I get too hungry and my stomach gets too empty then I have acid pain. I'm on Ranitidine daily. Also, if I don't drink enough water I find I have an increase in pain.
