I figured she was busy with school starting, but didn't know about the flooding.  :-/. I hope they're all OK.

OH so sorry,  I have been popping by now and then to see whats up but just haven't had much time to start posting. It is Monday of the second week of school but I know it is more like three weeks since I have been around much. We are all safe and ok. Mother's property has had some damage and yes we had to cancel the first day of school we had street flooding and some homes in the community were damaged nothing like what they are seeing in Louisiana though. Part of the ceiling in my classroom fell in   again.  Again they just stuck another ceiling tile up and the leak is still there. It is raining again and I am watching the water stain grow. My conference time is end of the day this year and it is taking some adjustment. I tend to be a high energy teacher and boy am I warn out after six back to back classes. My mom is going back and forth to Houston her mother has been day to day for over a year. My Aunt had some kind of accident and ended up with a detached retina. DD started high school this year and CRAZY schedule  ;).  Have to run have a meeting in five will make some time to drop in tonight.

And I clearly got distracted because I meant to send Tabi a message.  Flipping between phone and computer is proving to be detrimental to me.

Hi Going Nuts & Tabi,

Those girls are growing up.  They both started school this week... grade 1 (6 years old) and grade 4 (9 years old)...  time flies!!

I must post some pics in off topic sometime soon.. I'll let you know!
