I think this is the order I'm doing these meals this week...made the soup today, but I know it'll be better if I let it sit a day in the fridge and heat it through tomorrow...

Chicken Parmigian, green veggie and garlic bread

Black bean soup and brown rice

Tilapia, potatoes and green veggie

broccoli/ham/potato frittata and salad

black bean soup, rice and quesadillas

leftover smorgasbord!

Cheesy broccoli and chicken?  Ooooh, do tell!

Gotta get back into a routine:

Tonight:  grilled chicken, veggies and baked beans.

Monday:  mushroom ravioli, salad, spinach soufflé.

Tuesday:  roast chicken, oven roasted squash, cauliflower, potatoes.

Wednesday:  something fishy, something green, rice.

Thursday:  working late, playing it by ear.

Friday:  pizza!
