ESPN Zone NYC

Has anyone been to ESPN Zone in NYC? If so, was your experience there good or bad?  DS may be going there in a few weeks.  I have to call them but thought I'd check in here too.

It's been many years, but DS had a successful school outing at least 7-8 years ago.  He called ahead, and had many choices.
