I thought I would report here even though it's an old thread in case anyone is searching that mostly these chips have been good for me, but I did get one batch recently that I reacted mildly to. It tasted "milky" and I did not feel well at all. I put them on my "no" list for my milk allergy which stinks because there are not many flavored potato chips that I can eat.

Here is their official statement:

Are your products dairy free?
Our products are processed on equipment shared with ingredients that contain very small amounts of dairy. We thoroughly clean our lines after each flavor run, but there is a slight potential of cross contamination. For your convenience, we do list all ingredients on the packaging.
