DH and I are going to be home alone tomorrow, and we'll be doing a lot of moving.  Our 'Thanksgiving Day' meal is going to be beef wellington, roasted potatoes, and steamed veggies.

We'll have our Thanksgiving dinner in a few weeks when DSD is home and we're settled into the new house.  Menu will include:
Slow Roasted Turkey
Mashed Potatoes
Turkey Gravy
Stuffing
Corn Pudding
Green Beans
Cranberry Salad
Pumpkin Lush
Banana Caramel Pie

I'll try and dig up the recipe sometime in the next couple of days.  It's a layered dessert made with vanilla pudding and cream cheese, pumpkin, and cool whip - definitely very midwestern and not gourmet, but delicious.  The crust that I use does have chopped pecans in in, but it could easily be made with a different crust or without the nuts.
