Title: McDonald's Canada Nut Allergy Alert
Post by: Mom2DD on January 18, 2017, 08:23:21 AM
Hello,

McDonald's Canada has an allergy alert on its website.  Due to now serving SKOR McFlurries which contains almonds, all other products  may contain or come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts or other allergens. Prior to this, the company only served individually packaged peanuts and tree nuts.  Below is a link to the allergy alert and articles on the subject.

We have stopped going to McDonalds now, since they have added the Skor bar McFlurry. Since they are making a McFlurry that contains nuts, they have advised that any product could be cross-contaminated. So they have alienated thousands of customers with food allergies so that they can serve Skor bar McFlurries. So bye bye McDonald's...
