I'd take a look at Allergic Living's airlines comparison chart, to see what the various allergy policies are on the various airlines:

It's a starting point, anyway.  British Airways appears to be on the better side of allergy policies on that chart.

Hi, All,

This is a huge step for my family ... my younger (allergy free) daughter has never been on an airplane before, and she is 9!  My older daughter (PN/sesame allergy) has been twice, but both were under the age of two (and she doesn't remember) and she was on my lap with no ill effects.  I have been avoiding this for years, but we really want to travel to Europe this summer, so we are thinking of going for it but wondering if anyone has any words of wisdom?  How did you handle a long haul flight?  Any experiences with British Airways??  If you have flown a transatlantic flight, did you ask for any special accommodations?

I have no reason to believe my daughter is airborn allergic, but just the thought of a reaction on a plane freaks me out.  Any insight greatly appreciated!
