Title: Chia seeds
Post by: spacecanada on December 01, 2017, 07:28:33 PM
I have a giant bag of safe chia seeds and really no clue what to use them for. Any recipe suggestions? I tried the chocolate chia pudding recipe on the bag and we both hated it. It was flavourless and chunky and gross. So send me some good recipes.

We put them in energy bites.

I’ve never tried the m myself, but I know that people add them to smoothies.

DH adds them to yogurt or a bowl of cereal. He's never made anything with them.

Yeah, I had a bag and added it to things, like yogurt, or oatmeal.  Maybe added it to a smoothies.  I think ultimately, I was not thrilled with them, and they expired or went into hamster food, or both.

Did you soak or cook them first?

You can blend the pudding to make it smoother
