Ordering for two children and getting frustrated with their process. 

What's necessary to order online?  Do I have to place separate orders for each to satisfy MedicAlert's individual file per member?  We've already called.  It was clear as mud.  Each child has a MedicAlert membership from years ago.  I do know about the ID number on the tag, but how does that work in ordering for multiple members online?
