A friend just told me about these..."Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit Pops™ are produced on equipment that is free of egg, fish, peanuts, shellfish, tree nuts and wheat. The equipment does process dairy and soy, but is thoroughly cleaned prior to producing Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit Pops™."  That being said...the facility is not allergen free.

These look like a great alternative for ice cream if you are ok with a shared facility.
