Heartbreaking, Cinnamon.
I find the inquest particularly frightening. Having received so little guidance about her allergy, it seems likely Kylie was ingesting at least some peanut regularly. Then, to succumb to a dose that could not be measured - horrifying, really.

Teen Died from Allergic Reaction
A teenager, Chris Smith, 17, died from a massive allergic reaction, after he ate one bite of chicken and chips. He died in February after eating a meal from the Village Fish and Chip Shop in Wallasey Village.
However, he had eaten the same meal dozens of time before, but this time he felt some burning sensation in his throat and his mouth began to swell.
He had a nut allergy, but he thought it was a minor attack and did not use his EpiPen. The EpiPen is an auto-injector, which injects adrenaline into the body for the treatments of allergic conditions.
Chris’s Mother and a Trained Nurse, Kate said that the allergy deteriorated him badly and it arrived very rapidly, though he was given a large dose of adrenaline in the ambulance, but he did not respond to it and died on his way to hospital.
Kate said, “He was diagnosed with a severe nut allergy when he was three so he was always careful about what he ate”.
She said that they are not suspecting that the meal had something wrong.
Meanwhile, the Anaphylaxis Campaign warned people and said that the takeaways can be harmful, as they use nut oil.

I saw this on facebook...my heart goes out to his family. Sometimes it's hard to know when to use the epi when your in the middle of a reaction.  Even harder when you haven't seen your allergen anywhere.
Just heartbreaking.

Hi guys, Poppy Harvey wasn't killed by an allergic reaction to something she ate. It was a sting or bite that killed her. There's an inquest soon to determine further the actual cause of death. Just thought you might want to update that. x |
