Byrne Dairy, Inc. of Syracuse, New York is voluntarily recalling its Byrne Dairy Mighty Fine Chocolate Ice Cream in half gallon cartons with a Last Date of Sale of 10/4/2024 because it may contain undeclared peanuts. People who have allergies to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product.

Product was distributed in retail stores throughout Upstate New York.

The product is packaged in ½ gallon cardboard containers printed with 'Byrne Dairy Might Fine Chocolate Ice Cream' with 'Last Date of Sale: 10/4/2024' printed on the side of the container. The recall involves no more than 250 half gallon units.

No illnesses have been reported to date.

The recall was initiated as a result of a consumer complaint that product containing peanut butter was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of peanuts due to mislabeling of the product. As a result of a manufacturing error, the Chocolate Ice Cream may also contain peanut butter. This recall is being made with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Consumers who have purchased the affected products are urged not to consume the product and dispose of it or return it to their place of purchase for a full refund. HANOVER, PA. (BUSINESS WIRE) – Utz Quality Foods, LLC., is issuing a voluntary recall for 88 cases of Utz® 2.75 oz. Wavy Original Potato Chips due to an undeclared milk allergen. This recall was initiated after Utz learned that approximately 1200 single-serve bags contained Utz® Wavy Original Potato Chips flavored with seasoning instead of plain Utz® Wavy Original Potato Chips. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk may run the risk of an allergic reaction if they consume these products.

The items subject to this voluntary recall were distributed to retail outlets only in New York State and primarily within New York City.

NO ILLNESSES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS VOLUNTARY RECALL HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO DATE.

Retailers should check their inventories and shelves to confirm that none of the products are present or available for purchase by consumers.

Customers who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to sesame or milk are urged not to consume these products and dispose of it or return it to their place of purchase for a full refund.

Rong Shing Trading NY Inc., 47-57 Bridgewater Street, Brooklyn, NY is recalling its 5.8oz (165g) packages of "Lian Sheng Dried Plum" because they contain undeclared sulfites. Consumers who have severe sensitivity to sulfites run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume this product.

The recalled "Lian Sheng Dried Plum" were distributed nationwide in retail stores. The product is packaged in a 5.8oz (165g), clear plastic bottle marked with an expiration date of 11/13/2023 stamped on the side. The product UPC code is 6928580581396.

No illnesses or allergic reactions involving this product have been reported to date.

The recall was initiated after routine sampling by Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and subsequent analysis by Food Laboratory personnel revealed the presence of sulfites in the 5.8oz (165g) packages of Dried Plum which were not declared on the label. The consumption of 10 milligrams of sulfites per serving could occur in certain sulfite sensitive individuals upon ingesting 10 milligrams or more of sulfites. Analysis of the Dried Tangerine Plum revealed they contained 21.91 milligrams per serving.

Consumers who have purchased 5.6oz (165g) packages of "Lian Sheng Dried Plum" are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers with questions may contact the company at 718-308-1177.
