Someone posted this on FB so I thought I'd share it.  Might have to order some for DS...the wedding we were at the parting gift was a traditional chicago flavor combo of cheese and caramel which we passed on because there was no label info.  He thought it sounded gross.

FB poster said it was available at Bed Bath and Beyond (she's posting from the St Louis area), so certainly could be a regional item.
