We've eaten at 7 of those listed and had very positive experiences!

Chipotle is our go-to whenever we're travelling in Vancouver or America.  Outside of Disney, it's the only place I trust, actually. 
ANA peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, potato, sorghum

We have eaten successfully at Maggianos a few times.  We absolutely LOVE Burtons.  I wish there was one closer to where we lived.
