Your survey is broken. Question 2 is supposed to be answered if the answer to question 1 is "no," but question 2 requires an answer even if the response to question 1 is "yes."
TX - USA
DS - peanut, tree nut, milk, eggs, corn, soy, several meds, many environmentals. Finally back on Xolair!
DD - mystery anaphylaxis, shellfish.
DH - banana/avocado, aspirin.  Asthma.
Me - peanut, tree nut, shellfish, banana/avocado/latex,  some meds.

What is with all these devices lately saying they can detect allergens from a surface scan? Doesn't anyone else see the critical flaw with this: you wouldn't detect anything on the inside? All it takes is a few milligrams hidden inside and someone's life is on the line. And if you say 'not for people with sensitive allergies' you don't acknowledge that any food allergy can turn life-threatening to lower thresholds without prior warning. (With few exceptions.)

Science, people. Science. And an understanding that allergens aren't always so obvious to detect.  And that it isn't always the obvious and blatant allergens that kill people.

Sorry if I am being harsh. If there is some level of molecular science that is used in these devices that I am missing please let me know. It could be that something crazy new has been invented and I would love to hear how it works to see inside things with such accuracy.
ANA peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, potato, sorghum
