Guess it's time for an egg challenge for kid two.

Just reading this too. As others have said, don't beat yourself up. At least your kiddo might be a good candidate for a baked egg challenge. And to have that happen at such a young age would be wonderful. My kiddo still balks at her baked egg doses; I think that's because she's been told her whole life about the negative consequences of eating egg for her.

This should also provide hope for giving your kiddo the flu vaccine especially with her respiratory issues.

We actually did a scratch test with the flu vax for her last month.  She was fine, tolerated the first dose fine, too.  We'll do the second shot in a couple weeks.

DS loves his baked egg doses.  We just use GF bread or cupcakes most days, but he likes having baked goods at friends' homes, too.

DD was in double digits when she had her first baked egg challenge and was a teenager during the second. Egg was her first allergy, diagnosed at 8.5 months.
