I finally went to BJ's and here are photos of the donut holes and muffins I buy there that are both nut free.  Blueberry muffin cakes are individually wrapped, great for sport and on the go.

Ooooh - I will look for these this week.  Or maybe next week when hormones are lacking  :hiding:
DS1 - Wheat, rye, barley and egg
DS2 - peanuts
DD -  tree nuts, soy and sunflower
Me - bananas, eggplant, many drugs

Thanks PC.  I've bought the blueberry cakes before.  Will have to look for the donut holes.

Hmmm, maybe I should check out Costco bakery items on Friday.  We plan a trip there to buy for our party.
