My dd and I just got back from 5 days in NYC. We visited the A la Mode Shoppe 4 of those days. One day I was able to talk to the owner in some detail about their shop and practices. He told me that they were making their ice cream in store, but just recently moved their production into a separate (safe) facility.........and will soon be distributing their ice cream to stores! They are already working on a contract with Costco!!!!
He said it would take a little while to get the ball rolling, but I just wanted to let you guys know so we could all keep a look out for their ice cream!
