Cadbury creme egg cookies

I found Cadbury creme egg cookies at Target. They're made by Burton's Biscuits in the U.K. They have a may contain tree nuts warning. Anyone more familiar with the PA safety of these than I am? I bought them last year too, but I'm worrying about it more.
