Most high schools have cameras inside, so hopefully they caught the kids.

A sequel to the playground smearing earlier this year?  How terrible.

They are saying it's a graduation prank. I hope that means they know who did it.

I know, but I have to wonder if recent events sparked this idea in the first place.  You know, a kid complaining at how awful the playground incident was could easily become the recipient of such prank at school?  I hope not, but that was what first went through my head.

And then, who ever comes up with these thoughts in the first place?  'Hey, let's go spray paint cars on our street or smear PB inside a school.' Seriously, how do those thoughts form in the first place?

Anyway, I hope they catch whoever did this.

Yuck. I saw this in the news yesterday. Totally disgusting and I, too, hope the people behind it are identified and disciplined appropriately.

That school is part of the same school board I went through. I was debating going there when I was in grade 8 because I was in French immersion and they (at the time at least) were the only secondary school in the catholic board that had it. It was way, way out of my area and the only reason I could have gone was because of the French. My elementary school was not a feeder school. The commute would have been terrible, so I didn't go.

And grad pranks.. my year didn't do anything but when I was in grade 11 or 12 the grads (OAC) did a whole bunch of stupid stuff, including littering the hallway with dead fish. Gross.

Dead fish could be another allergy concern!  At least they can be cleaned up a bit easier.

We had school-run 'pranks' - silly things grads could do that were organized and supervised by teachers so they could get their shenanigans out and it all be in good humour, with nobody getting hurt. I, for instance, was duct taped to the wall by grads as part of a fly on the wall competition. (I consented to it.)

I'm not sure when you were in high school, but for at least 6 years, students at this school are not the kind I would like my son hanging out with. Disrespectful is the normal state I see from them.

I assume the politics is a part of it (reap what you sow). And I do not mean because it is part if the Catholic Board. I'm talking specifically about THAT school.
