Wine?
« on: October 13, 2019, 01:17:01 PM »
Anyone that's legal drinking age drink wine with peanut/treenut allergies?

I really want to try Freakshow Cab but can't get any info from the company.  I'd also love to try Crown Apple, again, can't get a response from the company.

I think we have some general alcohol threads.

My PA son is 21, and I haven't called any wines that we've shared as a family, but we haven't had problems. There are issues with liquor and beer that I worry about more with nuts.

That's not to say you shouldn't contact them if you are concerned there may be contact with peanuts and treenuts.

I'll add that people with fish and egg allergies have to worry about wine, because of how wine can be clarified.

Me and the search engine aren't friends.  I can never get the right phrases to search what I'm looking for.. I'm sorry!

You are not alone in that! The search field at the top right never works for me. I have to go to the Search menu and use the Advanced feature.

That said, I doubt you would have found info about these specific wines.  :-/
