According to FAQ:

Q. Is Emerade covered by public health insurance plans and private insurance companies?
Emerade is covered under the Ontario and Saskatchewan public health plans and most of the other Canadian provinces and territories are expected to list Emerade shortly. Emerade is also covered by many private insurance plans in Canada.
