Skin and the development of food allergy

This article by Snack Safely details a recent finding in New Zealand on the connection if skin to FAs. Said to be the most significant finding on FAs in NZ in 20 years.

Very interesting. I will say that elder DS had a couple of consistently stubborn patches of eczema. He had a few FA’s which were mostly outgrown by age 2.

Younger DS had widespread eczema, chronically inflamed skin from the get go. As an adult he still has his FA’s.
