JOJOBA OIL
« on: February 06, 2022, 11:26:57 AM »
Has anyone had a reaction to a lipstick with jojoba oil listed in the ingredients?  I've read different opinions of it being derived from a seed verses nut.

I haven’t heard of reactions to jojoba oil. From what I can see it’s derived from the seed of a desert bush rather than a tree, so my guess would be it’s not closely related to tree nuts. I’m sure people can be allergic to jojoba just like anything else, but it doesn’t seem to be of particular concern for tree nut allergic individuals.
