Egg challenge
« on: March 15, 2022, 08:46:14 AM »
Oh boy!  DS is going for an egg challenge on 4/5.  We have to bring one egg scrambled and one slice of French toast made with one egg.  I’ll be a wreck.  DH will eat in the challenge.  I will be with DD who goes for her testing the same day.  Saving on gas that way lol.

I don’t like eggs & have never made scrambled eggs in my life  ;D.  Should be interesting.

Fingers crossed.

It was surreal watching DD eat eggs at her challenge.  Our doctor did separate egg white and egg yoke with hard boiled eggs.  Scrambled would have been yummier.

Sending well wishes your way!

I only reintroduced eggs recently (late 2021) at the advice of my allergist and it has been liberating. I hope it’s a pass for your son as well.
