This is disgusting. When I flew in September with West Jet, they left the middle seat next to me empty and asked the man in the aisle seat not to consume peanut products. He was kind and happily agreed. This was only a 3.5 hour flight so just snacks were offered, and all options were pn/tn free. Well, one had a warning, but no actual nuts. The other had the pn-free symbol on the package. A flight attendant spoke to me before take-off and asked where my epipens were in case of emergency (I was travelling alone). It was so smooth and positive from start to finish. Twice. It makes me so sad to hear of discrimination like this. :(

SC, that is so good to hear. We’ve always had good experiences on Jet Blue.
