Black Bean Burger Recipes

Does anyone have a good recipe for black bean burgers? I’ve had some good ones at restaurants, but haven’t been able to duplicate them at home. I’d be happy for premade ones that I could just slap on the grill as well.

Quick Black Bean Burger Recipe:

Ingredients:
1. 2 cans of black beans
2. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3. 1/4 cup red bell pepper, onion, and optional cilantro
4. 2 cloves minced garlic
5. 1 tsp each of cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika
6. Salt and pepper
7. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
8.1 egg (or flaxseed egg for vegan option)
9. Olive oil
10. Burger buns and desired toppings

Instructions:
1. Mash one can of beans, then add the second can, breadcrumbs, veggies, spices, barbecue sauce, and egg.
2. Form into patties and cook in a skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes per side.
3. Serve in buns with your preferred toppings. Enjoy your homemade black bean burgers!

You can try this recipe for sweet potato casserole. You will indulge it.

I finally got to make the BB Burgers. I needed to add more breadcrumbs, and the patties needed to form up in the fridge for awhile before cooking, but they were good!
