I got this recipe from the old site, we eat these all the time:

2 cups white sugar
1 cup shortening
1 (15oz) can pumpkin puree
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 cups flour: I sometimes do 2 cups ww flour, 2 cups white. They're good, just flatter
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
12 oz. semisweet choc chips

1) Preheat oven to 375
2) Cream sugar, shortenign, pumpkin and vanilla together. Mix until light and well combined.
3) Mix the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture. Mix until combined. Add choc chips.
4) Drop by tsp onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 12-15 mins or until set.

I've added wheat germ, calcium powder to them to. All the kids really like them.
