Sassy Cow Creamery, LLC is recalling “Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream” due to undeclared egg and soy, and “Butter Pecan Ice Cream” due to undeclared peanut.
The products were distributed through retail stores in Illinois and Wisconsin.
The products are packaged in quart and half-gallon cartons and have a “Best By” date of 9/17/11 or earlier.
Consumers may contact the company at (608) 837-7766 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday for instructions on what to do with the product.
