I saw Peg pop in the other day for a few minutes, so I know that she's still 'around' occasionally... you might try sending her a PM.

I've not seen MommaB in a while, and I know that they were wrestling with a few things at the time.

Hey!! I'm checking in.   :bye: :bye:

Just been a bit depressed about all this allergy stuff and needed a break.  DS has dropped out of the SLIT study.  Funny thing, his mouth ulcers have mysteriously disappeared once he stopped those dreaded drops  ~)   They did not *think* his mouth ulcers where related to the drops, no other reported cases.  However, it is evident to us that is why he had so many, so big, so much of the time.

I'm still working out of town, and no computer (except work computer) so I RARELY can post, but I do read on my iPhone.

I feel like Eeyore,  thanks for noticing me (gone)! LOL
Have a blessed day!

:bye:  It's great to see you again!
I completely understand your need to hunker down a while.  We  that you (and your DS) were willing to be in the study, MommaB.  :grouphug:  I think that there are a wider range of responses to desensitization than have been fully explored yet, unfortunately-- from what our allergist has told us, actually, your DS' story (mystery symptoms... probably not related, but really, who knows...) is not uncommon across all immunotherapy trials.  That's not scientific, of course, because mostly the N's are too small, but there are these worrying little hiccups in individual participants.  It's concerning.

It's amazing how stressful daily dosing is anyway-- even when it is going well, it's like always having that shoe in the background waiting to drop.   :-/

I wonder how Janelle's summer is going?  Maybe her DH will pop in and let us know.

I've also been thinking about Alt to Main/Cindy.  Anyone in touch with her off-board?

I used to, but it seems she unfriended me, lol.  I guess I was too non-responsive.  I do not respond to much, and never to any Farmville things and all that.  I have all of that blocked.

She unfriended me too.   :-[  I don't think we should take it personally.

TabiCat

I remember something about cleaning up her lists. I think we were suposed to PM if we wanted to remain on her list . I think I procrastenated too long because I was unfriended too.

Hi guys!  :bye:

Summer is going well and kids are having a good time.  Three more weeks until I head home.

Currently hiding out in the health center where there is ac-the humidity has been brutal the past few days.

Asthma has been up and down. Good reminder for me that going back to work full time isn't really an option - I have to rest a lot.

Hope everyone is having a good summer. You'll be seeing me around again in a few weeks.
