Economic cost of support products for Allergies - survey

Hi all,
I am trying to gather information on economic costs of support products for those with Anaphylaxis or serious allergies. If you could answer these 10 short questions, it would be a great help to me.

The dollar amounts listed in your survey are in Euros-- does this mean that you are mostly interested in hearing from those who are in the EU?

I think that the vast majority of our members here are in North America.
