Cindy2
I can't always find the "Birthday Cake" version in the freezer section at all of my stores (granted I am in the south but I think only one or two stores carry it locally).  But there are a few varieties that we buy - DS2 likes the key lime and vanilla with chocolate icing.

I have never called on them though, just read labels.  I know it will come back to bite me in the butt one of these days but DS2 has never had an issue with them.  For us it's one of those safe options for him since I cannot bake with traditional flours and many non traditional flours are nut contaminated (at least locally).
DS1 - Wheat, rye, barley and egg
DS2 - peanuts
DD -  tree nuts, soy and sunflower
Me - bananas, eggplant, many drugs

What cake would be the one with walnuts?

The PF CSR and supervisor couldn't find on other than one containing coconut? Please let me know so I can call back PF to verify.

Thanks!

They had one years ago, but I have not seen it in a very long time.  Like, maybe decades even.

Are they the three layer cakes?  I don't see a mini-birthday cake on their website--which says the 3 layer ones are only in certain markets.

I found one that could be used as a birthday cake in A&P the other day.  It had white icing and was decorated with some sort of colorful sprinkles or confetti sprinkles.  I think it said for special occasions.  Could this be it?
DD-peanut/tree nut, lentils & legumes

That sounds like it....I can't remember how many layers it was, but it was yellow cake with white frosting, scalloped icing along the top edge and colorful sprinkles/ do-dads

FYI...the German Chocolate cake is the cake that shows walnuts in the ingredient label.

I called PF and was read a general allergen statement regarding their products.
