Babycakes NYC

Anyone with TNA eat their stuff?

This is from their website:

Allergy Information
As featured in the Essential Gluten-Free Restaurant GuideBabyCakes NYC specializes in gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and soy-free products. Please check out our ingredients list to see which sweets are right for you.

Although our baked goods are 100% vegan and we offer numerous gluten-free products, a few of our baked goods contain spelt flour. (Separate pans, trays, utensils, sinks and sponges are used for the spelt ingredient).

We do not bake with nuts* or soy; however, all of our gluten free flours are processed on equipment that packages hazelnut, almond flours and soy. They power wash the machinery and discard the initial 30 pounds of flour between runs.

We sweeten a number of our baked goods with agave nectar. Although this syrup is known to be a healthful, low glycemic alternative for some with diabetes, it is not safe for everyone. Each sugar conscious customer should consult her physician to determine whether she should enjoy our baked goods.

BabyCakes NYC's menu is ever expanding to create safe options for all. Although we try, we are unable to accommodate every allergy. Ultimately, it is the consumer's responsibility to check all ingredients to ensure safe indulgence.

* NOTE: It has recently been called to our attention that the FDA now categorizes coconut as a treenut. For this reason, BabyCakes NYC cannot claim to bake without treenuts as coconut oil is an essential part of our products. This is the only nut with which we bake.
