That is terrific to hear for your son. One of mine is anaphylactic to barley as well. It seems so uncharted detailed reports like this, especially with great outcomes, are so appreciated.

TX - USA
DS - peanut, tree nut, milk, eggs, corn, soy, several meds, many environmentals. Finally back on Xolair!
DD - mystery anaphylaxis, shellfish.
DH - banana/avocado, aspirin.  Asthma.
Me - peanut, tree nut, shellfish, banana/avocado/latex,  some meds.

So excited for you!  I had to avoid barley for a while, and it was a total pain.
