Reminding myself to get back into this thread to double check as to age possible age restriction for self-carry of epinephrine?

1.  Was told by someone (off boards) over weekend that child must be 13 to self-carry.  I had not heard that before and need to verify.

2.  Wouldn't having 504 plan with "self-carry" as an accommodation then override the (possible) state age rule?
