Mt. Sinai - new allergist

I'm so sad.  I emailed Dr. Huang who we have been seeing since last August and she just wrote back that she is moving to California.  I'm in tears.  I felt so comfortable with her and we've made such progress this year.  The kids have an appt. in August with Dr. Cox.  Hopefully we will like her.  Neither Sampson or Sicherer take our insurance.

I may have to PM you about Dr. Huang then. Sometime? Do you know if she'll be practicing in California?

I love Dr. Novak. She is just lively, as is her NP, Katie Atkinson.

Maybe I'll call tomorrow and see if Dr. Novak takes our insurance and has appointments when we need them.

OK, clearly my phone didn't like what I was trying to say.  Her name is Nowak, not Novak (though it is pronounced that way), and she's both lovely and lively, LOL.  But I mean't lovely. 

I do wish Dr. Sicherer took our insurance.  I think being a dude and all DS would relate better to him.  Ah well.

Dr. Nowak takes our insurance!  I was able to get an appointment on September 5th.  Luckily my kids are off from school that day!
