Greetings!

My name is Robert Wellesley.  I have been a lifelong sufferer of a wide range of allergies.  Personally, I've come to discover that plastics, food additives, and process chemicals play a big role in making my allergies worse, thus spreading this knowledge has become a bit of a crusade of mine.

Anyway, I have written a book on this topic, on which I've posted in the general section below.

I look forward to being able to offer allergy information and advice!
