Option to click on new threads: where did it go?

I have loved the option to click on unread threads since the last time I visited.  All day today, that option has been gone.  Is it just my computer?  If it's the same for everyone, is this option coming back?

I was changing my avatar today and that option temporarily moved  --- I was looking for it, too.  Then it just reappeared.  Did you change your avatar today?

No avatar, sig, or any other change to my account settings.

So what exactly is missing?  Just that option or that section - your avatar, "Hello mookie86", the date, etc?

Yes, the whole section is missing where it shows your avatar, says "Hello mookie86", lists the date, and has those options to click new posts.

I have not changed anything on my computer settings, and I haven't added new software to my computer.

Here's a verbal description of what I see.

Then there's the section where it says FAS and has that purple box with the text "If you cannot get your username or password to work...."

Next appears the Welcome boards and then the Discussion boards.

You accidentally minimized that section.  If you look closely in the blue area at the top of the page (behind our banner), you should be able to see a light arrow on the bottom right corner just above where the blue fades to white.  Click the arrow and you will restore that section of your page.
