Looking for a new Thanksgiving dessert
« on: November 07, 2019, 06:10:20 AM »
Ok, so looking for something different than pumpkin, apple, pecan or cheesecake.  Not sure what yet.  Thought about chocolate silk pie...

What have you got for me?

Itís too late, but dd bought a gluten free, top allergen free chocolate cookie crust by Mi-Del brand, at Stop and Shop.  She later found the Oreo crust she really wanted.  But, you can make a very easy pudding pie in those prepared crusts.  Not sure abou vegan pudding, but must be recipes out there.

I got a call Thanksgiving morning from the bakery that something went wrong with the cannoli dough and they refunded the money.
