Restaurants in Portland OR

We are traveling to Portland to visit my inlaws and are looking for restaurants that would be safe for my dd with a peanut allergy.  Any local good chains or smaller local places?  They are in SW (Hillsdale/Beaverton) so we would mainly be in that area and downtown.  Thank you!

Be sure to ask to see the "notebook" when you go.  Mmmmmmmm fresh strawberry shakes right now...  YUM.     We eat there at least a couple times a month.  It's awesome.  Just fast food, of course-- but made with REAL food.
