Boston Museum of Science new food exhibit

Formerly I would have put MoS as one of the safer lesser food destinations out there. My members newsletter shows a few pictures of the exhibit called Our Global Kitchen while most look like non-food items illustrating food items and how to cook there are smelling stations, and I'm still unclear about what the interactive cooking stations are about. They look like LED screens laid flat but I can't tell for certain if that's it. At the end of the article it says it's organized by American Museum of Natural History and I know they used to do a lot of food demos.

Regardless, it's a change so head's up in your planning next time you go.
